  • 2 Pounds Chicken
  • 12 Cups Homemade Stock or store bought *If using homemade stock see recipe below
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Sliced Carrots
  • 1 Large White or Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 2 Sliced Celery
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 3 Cups Egg Noddles
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Chop 2 pounds raw chicken into bite sized pieces.
  2. Slice or chop carrots, onion, garlic and celery.
  3. Put chicken and sliced vegetables into a large sized saucepan.
  4. Add 12 cups homemade stock, 2 cups water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
