Easy Homemade Christmas Gifts
I made a quick-easy seek and find Christmas ornament for my kids one year. They loved it! Simple, but had them occupied for a couple hours. With all the new presents surrounding them I considered that a win 🙂 You can recycle a old clear glass or plastic hanging ball that you have laying around. Look for some items like really small buttons, jingle bells, sequin, small homemade metallic wrapped Christmas gifts, fake glittery candy, red bows, anything that can fit into your ornament.
To make the inside look filled with snow you can finish off with rice, salt, or cotton. Each one has its own benefits, but the rice is a good medium, also hides better than cotton. Make sure to write down all the small Christmas items as you put them inside the ornament. Hot glue the top of the seek and find opening, you don’t want all the cool things to fall out! Print out the seek and find list and attach with a fancy ribbon. One example of easy homemade Christmas gifts for kids, I know they’ll love the present!

What they make up for with ease of purchase is lost in lack of personal touch. If you go this route, make sure to give it a homemade twist. Try putting it in a Christmas stocking, homemade Christmas card or attaching it to a bag of lump coal. Placing the object in a shoe box with a brick then wrapping is also a go to in this case.
